30-day returns
You may return unused items in original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Postage on eligible returns is paid by us.
Damaged or wrong items
If your item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, email support@sanorea.shop within 30 days with your order number and photos and we will send a replacement or refund.
Refunds
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days of us receiving the return.
Non-returnable
For hygiene reasons, used food and water accessories and opened costumes cannot be returned unless faulty.
